How to send us a referral?

Referrals can be submitted via fax: 201-304-0856. If using insurance a prescription, medical necessity for example, last visit notes and insurance info is needed.

Whats covered by my insurance?

Medical Necessity is determined by your insurance company. Beyond Medical Supplies gathers all supporting information and submits to your plan. Insurances will review the information provided and determine approval.

When will I get my equipment?

Upon approval, you will be contacted by our office to schedule delivery. Normally within 48 hours of approval.

Return Policy: 14 day return policy with a 30 warranty from manufacturer.
